The office of Dr. Ahmed Farid Mustafa has a distinguished work precedent in the field of constructing and operating urban observatories in the Kingdom and the Arab world. And Islamic cities in 1426 AH in the field of urban development.
Since that date, our office has established and operated urban observatories in most regions in the Kingdom. Our experts train workers in urban observatories inside and outside the Kingdom.
The observatories established by AFM have received many awards, certificates of appreciation and international tributes.
The process of establishing and operating urban observatories is one of the most difficult and complex projects in the field of urban development, with our experiences in this field we have the right to call these qualitative specialized projects as (the abstained easy) projects.

Studying, producing and analyzing the urban data and indicators of Al Ahsa and Hafr Al Baten 2022
The Project aim for Studying, Producing and Analyzing Urban Data and Indicators for Al-Ahsa and Hafar Al-Baten Governorates as one of the active Urban Observatories projects established in Saudi Arabia more than 15 years ago.
It also aims to transform tangible socio-economic, urban and environmental phenomena in society into quantifiable facts that can be measured, compared and statistically analyzed using state-of-the-art information systems.
This is done by producing indicators in various urban development fields in order to achieve higher levels of sustainable urban development that benefits citizens.
